Meatless Farm will launch the first plant-based barbecue drive-thru in the UK that they like to call “barbe-thru”.
It will be located in Manchester, next to the Trafford Centre, and it will be a three-day pop-up drive-thru – from 9th August (Monday) to 11th August (Wednesday). They are open not only for cars but for bikes, scooters, or even people that are walking past.
Everything on the menu will be prepared from plant-based meat – and it is said that the first 50 visitors will receive a free dish.
The prices of everything on the menu are affordable – starting from just £5.
And if that isn’t amazing enough, they will also give 50% off to everyone that comes on a bicycle, with an electric car, or an electric scooter.
The founder of Meatless Farm, Morten Toft Bech, said that the company aims at showing people that everyone can enjoy incredible barbecue foods without meat. He thinks that eating less meat will make a huge difference in our environment and will help create a more sustainable planet!
