You get to choose who does the packing

We always give this option to our customers. They get to choose who is going to pack their belongings. If they want to do it on their own – great. If they want Monster Services to do it for them – great.

We only have one requirement – that all of the items that our customers want us to load into our vans can fit through the door. We also need to know if there is an elevator in case they live in an apartment.

When they do the packing

For the cases where our customers want to do the packing themselves, we will load everything in our vans and will transport it to the storage unit of their choice. Then, once the stay of their belongings is over and they need to be picked up – we will do it. We will deliver them wherever our customers say.

When we do the packing

For the cases where our customers want Monster Services to pack their items – we use only industry-approved wrapping paper. For example, bubble wrap. It’s one of the things that will protect your items the most – and we want all of our services to provide safety. With us, there is no need to worry about damage.

Once we pack everything, we will load it in our vans and will transport it to the storage units. Once their stay is over, we will load them in our vans again and will deliver them to wherever our customers want.
