4 Dog-Friendly Restaurants In Manchester You Should Visit!

A lot of restaurants and pubs are re-opening very soon, however, if you have a dog then picking where to grab dinner can be tricky because not all restaurants are considered “dog-friendly”.

Since our team loves dogs and we all have pets, we decided to gather all of the places that are dog-friendly in Manchester so that you can take a walk with your pet then go and grab something to eat without having to drop them off in your home.

4 Dog-Friendly Restaurants In Manchester You Should Visit!

The Counter House

Your dog will be more than welcome in The Counter House. It’s a small restaurant with amazing decor. You can enjoy the food while your puppy rests from the long walk you took.

And on Sundays, they offer a special Brunch Menu – from 11 AM to 1 PM, including eggs (poached eggs, benedict with grilled bacon and pumpkin seeds, and all sorts of other delicious dishes you should try out).

Address: 35 Blossom Street, Manchester M46AJ

Alberts Schloss

Alberts Schloss is one of our favourite places to go when we are with our pets. The staff is incredible and they will always be happy to greet your dog. The interior is beautiful – a Bohemian-styled place.

They also have dog bowls available so you don’t have to bring your own.

Address: 27 Peter St, Manchester M2 5QR08

Cottonopolis Food & Liquor

This restaurant is pretty popular and it offers Japanese cuisine. If you are craving sushi or sashimi after you took your dog for a walk then visit Cottonopolis Food & Liquor – you will be left amazed by the food, service, and how friendly everyone will be to your dog! If you are a fan of trying out unique cocktails then this definitely is the stop for you!

Also, there are vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free dishes.

Address: 16 Newton Street, Manchester, M1 2AE

The Anthologist

This place will amaze you since they offer mouthwatering burgers, salads, grills, and pies.

But the most interesting thing about this restaurant is that they have introduced a Happy Hour for dogs – they call it “Yappy Hour”. It’s every Sunday and they serve a special cocktail for your god called “Pawsecco”. Of course, it’s alcohol-free. If you book a table and go there with your dog between 2-4 PM, you will enjoy 15% off your food bill!

Address: 1 St Peter’s Square, Manchester M2 3AE
